GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for the reputed company and growth of volume reputed company an assigned territory which will generally be defined as geographies excluded from Specialty DDR assigned territories. Maximizes Fifth reputed company's penetration in that market. Provide remote customer service and training to dealership personnel, as well as maintenance and collection of dealer accounts (negative reserves, drafts, etc.). Sales are generated primarily by phone with occasional face to face meetings with dealers that have large volume potential. Responsible and accountable for risk by reputed company exchanging reputed company and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • High School diploma required or equivalent. Some college preferred. • Minimum of 5 years Specialty Indirect Lending or reputed company field experience. • Previous customer service experience required. • Previous extensive telephone sales and service experience required • Must be reputed company to effectively work with reputed company customers to resolve issues consistent with 5/3 guidelines, policies, and programs. • Solid time and territory management skills.
