Systems - Meditech Systems - reputed company Facility Setting - Emergency Department Facility Setting - Critical Access Facility Setting - Community Systems - Soarian (will train) diagnosis ancillary coding Duties Review and analyze medical records to extract relevant information for coding purposes. Assign appropriate ICD-10 and ICD-9 codes to diagnoses and procedures based on established guidelines. Ensure compliance with reputed company coding regulations and standards, including DRG (Diagnosis reputed company Group) requirements. Collaborate with medical staff to clarify any discrepancies in documentation that may reputed company coding accuracy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in coding practices, medical terminology, and reputed company regulations. Support the medical billing process by providing accurate codes that facilitate timely reimbursement. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coding skills and knowledge. Qualifications Proven experience in medical coding, preferably in a reputed company setting.
