Job Description

The Claims Adjuster Team reputed company/Manager is responsible for managing reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company vendor relationships, assessing vendor training needs, and monitoring vendor performance. The individual monitors staffing levels and workloads, provides coaching and mentoring, and participates in performance reviews. The Team reputed company must be located reputed company commuting distance of our office in Ontario California and must be able to work a hybrid schedule in office. The Team reputed company must have experience handling auto liability claims and/or managing a team of auto liability adjusters. Key Responsibilities • Oversees reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company claims involved in appraisal, arbitration, or mediation • Oversees reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company specialized claims (e.g., business interruption, loss of income, E&O policies) • Oversees reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company claims that include Public Adjuster involvement • Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process • Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes • Advanced knowledge of reputed company regional construction types and reputed company repair methodologies • Frequently conducts targeted file examining, including performing ride-alongs or sit-alongs • Frequently conducts calibrations with vendors or staff • Communicates verbally or in writing about claim processes/procedures with other employees, leaders, and teams Education • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • This job has supervisory duties.
