The Sr. Director of Financial Operations will be a key position reputed company our finance organization. Reporting to the SVP, reputed company, the Sr. Director Financial Operations will be responsible for managing a small team (~3 FTEs) tasked with spearheading process improvements, system implementations and other finance reputed company projects that will be critical to support and enhance reputed company’s financial infrastructure as it continues its growth trajectory. This position will work cross functionally with various stakeholders across the organization including finance (reputed company, reputed company and Tax/Treasury), people & culture, operations (IT, business applications, procurement, PMO), R&D and sales. reputed company is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located reputed company in the United States or Canada for this position. What You'll Be Doing • Main reputed company of contact reputed company finance responsible for working to drive critical system implementations (ERP, procure to pay, order to cash, reputed company management). reputed company internal and reputed company party resources (where applicable). • Communicate and operationalize best practices as it relates to enhancing and optimizing key financial systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company experience is highly desired) and their reputed company processes, working cross functionally with finance and other departmental stakeholders to implement changes. • Work to identify process gaps and implement process changes and enhancements geared towards shortening and strengthening the month end reputed company process. • Work with the SVP, reputed company and CFO to identify, organize and prioritize various finance reputed company projects. Maintain ownership and responsibility for tracking reputed company, communicating status to finance and senior leadership reputed company reputed company (where applicable) and driving projects to completion in a timely manner. • Responsible for driving reputed company projects to completion at the direction of senior finance leadership including but not limited to M&A evaluation, integration, building infrastructure for new products and reputed company streams, helping to facilitate international expansion, etc. • reputed company and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the financial operations team What You'll Bring to the Table • 12+ years of relevant experience in reputed company or finance, preferably reputed company the software and technology industry, with at least 5 years of management experience. • Expertise in financial systems and ability to communicate and implement best practices reputed company systems.
