About the position As a Medical Claims Representative Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and support of the medical claims process for our customers. This position focuses on personal injury protection medical coverage, where you will be responsible for analyzing accident details, medical records, and relevant terminology. Your role will involve adjusting claims while maintaining strong relationships with customers, which is essential for providing excellent service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, as we will provide the necessary training in insurance processes to help you reputed company confidence reputed company interacting with customers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work in-office for two days selected by local leadership, while the remaining three days can be spent working from home or in the office, depending on your preference.
