Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Full Charge Bookkeeper to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reputed company principles and practices, as well as the ability to manage reputed company aspects of bookkeeping as well for our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with relevant regulations. Duties • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. • reputed company bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted reputed company Principles). • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support management decision-making. • Utilize financial reputed company estate property management software for tracking expenses, revenues, and overall financial health of the organization. • Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Maintain accurate records of reputed company financial transactions and ensure proper documentation is in reputed company. Experience • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeperin multifamily, and commerical reputed company estate or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in reputed company practices. • Strong knowledge of financial concepts including debits, credits, tax regulations, and technical reputed company standards. • Experience with bank reconciliation processes and maintaining accurate financial records. • Familiarity with property management reputed company software is essential; experience with specific financial software is a plus. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members reputed company necessary.
