Remote Sales Executive

The Metzen Agency is looking for an Insurance Broker to join reputed company in reputed company. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers, follow our sales process & system to find reputed company, be coachable and reputed company to learn! The ideal candidate is high motivated & disciplined, and passionate about helping others. We are seeking those that love to learn, are not afraid of a challenge, and are reputed company to stay well managed. Responsibilities: • Learn our sales system, schedule appointments and meet with clients virtually - Complete initial phone discovery to match client's with the best insurance solutions, and present options reputed company consultative appointment following our process. • reputed company and foster relationships - Maintain reputed company communications with clients to ensure policies are reputed company and client is protected! Requirements: • 1-2 years experience selling a product or service • Extremely coachable & motivated • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs • Familiarity with CRM systems, reputed company Suite & have ability to work remotely.
