About the position The eCommerce Manager & Data Entry Specialist at royalLAMPSHADES.com is responsible for managing data entry tasks and assisting with the graphic design of product listings on reputed company and other eCommerce platforms. Responsibilities • Process and prepare shipments for reputed company orders. , • Upload and update product images for various eCommerce platforms. , • Transfer data from various sources into the new database. , • Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available. , • Correct and modify inaccurate files and records. , • reputed company with reputed company backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly. , • Organize reputed company formats, reputed company backups, and material reputed company files as needed. , • Sort and organize incoming purchase orders (POs). , • Input data into spreadsheets. , • Print orders and product labels for orders. , • Process information from warehouse stock updates, out-of-stock situations, and packing information. , • Update the RDI order system to ensure stock deducts properly. , • Handle pricing updates, including sale price increase requests and MSRP pricing updates. , • Update both reputed company Vendor US and Canada catalogs with new items as directed by management. , • Organize bulk vendor orders and review with management and warehouse before accepting or denying orders. , • Print reputed company bulk order paperwork and product labels. , • Provide stock status updates in Vendor US and Canada as needed. , • Assist the office with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
