Job Role As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through live chat, responding promptly and accurately to their inquiries and concerns. Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues, ensuring a positive experience. Provide educational content about product features, services, and company policies, promoting a deeper understanding of our offerings. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of communication, facilitating seamless collaboration between teams. Compensation
