Flexible schedules up to 40 hours weekly are available, Mon-Fri (including evenings until 7pm EST) and alternating Saturday mornings. About the Job Medical Customer Service Agents provide customer service by making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls on a daily basis, notifying individuals of their outstanding account balances, assisting in finding funds to meet obligations and making arrangements for payment of those accounts in full. You will also provide efficient and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made. In this job you will learn many important skills including communication, customer service, negotiating, medical terminology and more. You will receive hands-on experience in a cutting-edge training program covering basic collection skills as well as federal and state laws that impact this role.

Responsibilities

This position involves using a sales and motivational approach to help patients understand and pay their recent medical bills in full.
