Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Secure reputed company Trailing Documents from customers. Handle reputed company incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Take premium payments from customers. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return reputed company phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow reputed company reputed company, rating and compliance requirements. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Attend training and continuing education courses. Handle customer renewals.

Requirements
