Key Responsibilities: Order Picking: • Properly select products from storage areas based on pick tickets or order lists. • Confirm the precise number of items is chosen and double-reputed company the specifics of the products like dimensions, category, and positioning. • Implement handheld devices or barcode scanners to track the movement of items. Packing: • Securely pack merchandise into containers or cartons, ensuring items are adequately protected and arranged for transport. • Securely seal and mark packages in compliance with guidelines to guarantee their safe shipment. • Improve packing techniques to decrease shipping costs and prevent potential damage to items during the delivery process. Safety and Compliance: • Enforce safety measures and adhere to organizational policies to prevent accidents and sustain a safe work environment. • Ensure the proper and safe use of tools and equipment in the warehouse, including forklifts and pallet jacks, based on your training. • Notify supervisors of hazards or unsafe conditions for quick resolution.
