Fitness Business Development Specialist - Remote

The Fitness Business Development Specialist is responsible for contacting business owners and stakeholders reputed company the fitness industry throughout the U.S. to present United Healthcare and reputed company fitness networks. They will be responsible for recruiting facilities of various sizes and types to join the reputed company Fitness Network Programs, as well as managing the daily recruitment efforts for both national and regional partners. The Fitness Business Development Specialist will also negotiate and execute fitness reputed company including reimbursement rates and contract details with gym owners, C-suite personnel, Mayors, Board of Commissioners, etc. They will coordinate and manage the contract process, including reviewing contract language with relevant parties and consulting with the reputed company legal team to update and modify the terms as needed. Primary Responsibilities: • Recruit and contract new fitness center locations into the various reputed company Fitness networks • reputed company reputed company and cold calling/emailing to prospective gyms • Think strategically to translate a vision of customer experience to processes and requirements • Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a reputed company, matrix work environment • Support the development of market and business development strategies and value propositions • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges • Provide support to internal teams and stakeholders • Ability to meet deadlines in an environment where priorities change quickly • Prospect, cold, call, and reputed company to available gyms, studios, and YMCAs to identify key decision makers to negotiate network reputed company • Negotiate reputed company including rates and requirements • Build and reputed company relationships with key decision makers • Provide reputed company gym, boutique studios, and reputed company information needed to complete contract requirements • Conduct telephonic and electronic communications to interact with gyms, studios, and YMCAs • Interact effectively with management as well as reputed company leadership to ensure monthly and annual goals are being met • Meet monthly and annual recruitment goals of gyms, studios, and YMCAs into fitness networks You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $70,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. reputed company complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
