Remote Call Center Representative

(PT/FT Winter Seasonal Position) As a Remote Call Center Representative you will take calls and emails from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customer needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. Be knowledgeable of Arizona Snowbowl. They will provide information on lift tickets, rentals, season pass needs, lesson programs, hours of operations, and any other information regarding the ski resort, reputed company while providing excellent customer service. Essential Functions • Take guest calls, answer emails and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, our products and services • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions • Knowledge of Arizona Snowbowl facilities and services.
