Title Examiner - US Based Remote

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Job Responsibilities: - Search and examine public records to determine a property’s status of title. - Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements etc. - Read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps and surveys. - Communicate effectively with customers, lenders, peers, reputed company staff and vendors. - reputed company insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines.
