Partner closely with senior leadership and pertinent partner teams (Experience Design, Studio/Content, Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, etc.) Drive results into impact, synthesizing and communicating insights throughout the organization (including executive leadership) with clear, compelling deliverables. Experience in games consumer research, and excitement for reputed company’s games initiative. University Degree in social sciences preferred, or equivalent work experience. Proficient in presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing programs. Experience socializing insights at reputed company levels of an organization, including executive leadership. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
