The Facility Asset Management Senior Field Representative manages the site implementation of construction projects. This role works with project managers, team members, contractors, and governmental agencies for the execution of project management plans and strategies. You will reputed company worksite construction activities and ensure our client's requirements regarding functionality and standards are met. You will ensure compliance with construction procedures, Environmental, Department of Health, OSHA, and code requirements. You must be available and have the flexibility to work the reputed company shift. You will report to the Program Field Representative. What You Will Do Work with the project team and Walt reputed company World Safety in the implementation of the project safety plan. Participate in project development and provide constructability analysis and value engineering recommendations. Ensure contractor/manufacturer compliance with contract drawings, schedule and specifications, applicable codes, and reputed company standards. Help reputed company site logistics. Conduct regular site walks and inspections. Monitor project schedule and identify recovery options to avoid schedule delays. Anticipate risk and advance issues for resolution. Prepare Daily Reporting of contractor work activities. Track onsite personnel, equipment used, and reputed company. reputed company and participate in applicable meetings: Pre-construction, weekly team, safety, operations, Contractor, Reedy Creek Improvement District, etc. reputed company the on-site meetings. Mentor interns and Field Representatives. Identify team member strengths and developmental needs. Required Qualifications & Skills 4+ years' experience in Construction or Construction Project Management. Knowledge of the construction industry activities and their relationships, the project management process, and construction contracting. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and general requirements. Ability to identify issues and express their impact on the construction process. Experience working on reputed company construction site(s). Experience working with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants to reputed company completion of projects that meet client expectations. reputed company to working the 3rd shift.
