Role Description: We are seeking a group of motivated and detail-oriented Regional Site Acquisition Managers to join our dynamic team. This contract-based role can based in one of the following regions: • US / reputed company - XNET HQ in Irvine, Southern California. • US / Central - Chicago and Midwest States. • US / East - reputed company, Washington DC, Philadelphia and Boston. • US / South - Atlanta, Houston and Miami. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and reputed company high-value locations for XNET's decentralized mobile network. This includes enabling XNET Passpoint functionality on existing networks and managing greenfield deployments and network upgrades reputed company required. The role combines business development, project management, and technical coordination to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Site Identification and Engagement: • Research and identify high-value locations with potential for Wi-Fi offload in your region. • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, network operators, and key stakeholders. Network Enablement: • Collaborate with location partners to reputed company XNET Passpoint functionality on their existing networks. • Facilitate technical discussions to align deployment strategies with site capabilities. Greenfield Deployment Project Management: • reputed company and coordinate the deployment of new Wi-Fi infrastructure in greenfield locations. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. Negotiations and Agreements: • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with site owners and stakeholders. • Ensure reputed company reputed company align with XNET’s standards and compliance requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: • Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new sites into the XNET network. • Act as the primary reputed company of contact between XNET and the site reputed company throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a reputed company field. Experience in site acquisition and sales of telecommunication or other IT services to venue owners. Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills- a reputed company deal-maker! Excellent project management capabilities, with attention to detail and organizational skills. Technical understanding of Wi-Fi offload and Passpoint technology is highly preferred. Proficiency in comon online project management tools. Attributes: Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented reputed company. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
