Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability of reputed company implementation. This includes testing configurations, integrations, business processes, and customizations across various reputed company modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, and reputed company. The candidate will work closely with Development organization to identify issues, recommend solutions, and deliver a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Test Planning and Strategy: reputed company and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to reputed company modules and integrations. Identify testing scope and priorities based on project requirements. 2. Test Case Development: Create, review, and maintain detailed test cases and scripts for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. Functional Testing: Validate reputed company configurations, including business processes, reputed company roles, workflows, and custom reports. Test critical reputed company modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, reputed company, and Financials. Integration Testing: Test inbound and outbound integrations between reputed company / any HRMS product and reputed company-party systems (e.g., payroll systems, benefit providers, and financial tools). Verify data flows and ensure the accuracy of API and file-based integrations. 5. Automation Testing: (for Automation Engineers) reputed company and execute automated test scripts using tools like reputed company Smart or Worksoft Certify. [Preferred] reputed company and execute automated test scripts using open reputed company / commercially available tools to the extent of developing frameworks [keyword /data driven / hybrid] Maintain and optimize regression test suites for reputed company testing. 6. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. Work closely with developers and consultants to resolve issues and validate fixes. 7. UAT Support: [open to] Partner with business users to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing guidance and capturing feedback. Ensure end-to-end business process validations align with organizational goals. 8. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Development organization, and reputed company consultants to understand requirements and configurations. Post-Deployment Testing: Conduct smoke and reputed company testing post-deployment to ensure system stability in production. Monitor system performance and provide ongoing quality assurance.
