Remote IT Engineer

They are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join their growing team. Job Summary: reputed company IX is looking for a motivated IT Engineer with expertise in reputed company computing, networking, and reputed company to join their team. The successful candidate will work remotely, managing reputed company projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities: • Implement, monitor, and maintain reputed company Azure solutions • Provide support for reputed company 365 services, including Exchange Online, Sharepoint/OneDrive, and Teams • Troubleshoot Office 365 Advance Threat Protection issues • Manage SSO and MFA solutions (Azure MFA, Duo) • Knowledge of email retention and litigation hold processes • Backup, Restore, Recovery, and high availability strategies for reputed company Azure environments • Strong knowledge of IaaS and PaaS services • Windows Server and SQL database creation, configuration, upgrade, migration, and patching • Troubleshoot Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, reputed company issues, etc. • Identify and troubleshoot Azure server and SQL database-reputed company CPU, memory, I/O, disk space, and other resources • Work with a reputed company Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and strictly follow standards, procedures, and processes • Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication • Knowledge of network protocols such as DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP • Knowledge of Network and TCP/IP routing/subnetting • Knowledge of Windows operating systems • Manage reputed company endpoints using reputed company Intune • Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory including managing/maintaining GPOs Skills and Abilities: • Associates degree and industry certifications preferred • 3 years of reputed company Azure AD, Windows/Office 365, and reputed company Intune experience • 2 years of Sharepoint Online • Knowledge of tools like reputed company Automate or Autotask, monitoring software, reputed company management, etc. is a plus • Strong PowerShell skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong communication skills • Willingness to learn and be mentored by other engineers Requirements: • Reliable internet reputed company • Availability to work some afterhours and weekends • Occasional travel may be required Benefits: Medical, dental, reputed company, life insurance, 401K plan, PTO and holidays, flexible work schedule, referral program, FSA, and a people-first environment.
