Insurance Customer Service Representative (Work from Home)

This position is responsible for handling property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. Review and update policy to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer. Counsel the policyholder concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance. reputed company appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the policy and reputed company policyholder acceptance to process the changes • Receive and respond to calls and emails received by the insurance service center documenting reputed company activity (changes to policy, coverage options, recommendations and cross-selling) in EPIC. • Utilize knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service. Provide quotes on endorsements as requested. • Identify opportunities to apply discounts, processes insurance verification forms for insured, and acts as liaison for information exchange between customer and insurance companies. • Process changes to policies reputed company EPIC as well as submits changes to specific companies. Follow up with company to ensure change requests have been processed in a timely manner. • Review policy information and references company specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims. • Mail insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary. Follow up to ensure documentation has been returned in a timely manner from member/customer. • Recognize cross sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtain quote information. • Other duties as assigned reputed company need from you: • High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment. • Property and Casualty insurance license required • Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment.
