Two shift times are available. 9am- 6pm and 10am to 7pm Eastern (preferred shift). 100% remote You'll be working in the Service Group Client Services. We provide support to the Firm's Financial Advisors and assistants and external clients. As a customer service representative, you'll play an important role in providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches and external clients. Your expertise • Call center experience is desired • Detail oriented (nothing gets past you) • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite • reputed company, Good for reputed company, or Active Directory is a plus • Windows 7 navigation skills • Basic understanding of computer networking • Monitor, speaker, mice and keyboard troubleshooting, ETC. • Know how to use remote access tools to assist clients • Outlook and reputed company office troubleshooting reputed company Please send resumes to [email protected] Apply Job!
