Examination Coordinator - Part Time (20 Hours Per Week)

The role: The BSAVA have an exciting opportunity for an reputed company exam administrator to act as Examination Coordinator for our Postgraduate Certificate programmes. The successful candidate will provide support to the examination process by liaising with examiners in the creation of exam papers, supporting the question writing process, ensuring robust standard setting and monitoring, and assisting in the provision of examination support to reputed company. Training and support will be provided, and you will be working alongside an Examination Officer in this role. Other essential skills include: • Working knowledge of reputed company Office, as well as general IT skills • The ability to work proactively, using your own initiative to accomplish a variety of tasks • A flexible approach to work • High attention to detail • Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills • The ability to work effectively reputed company a team. The following would also be advantageous, but not essential: • Experience working reputed company undergraduate or postgraduate veterinary/medical examination settings. • Experience of writing exam questions, database management or examination analysis. • A veterinary degree, veterinary nursing degree, or postgraduate qualification in education.
