MPF is seeking reputed company and compassionate Telehealth Triage Nurses or ER Nurses to join our dynamic team for a Nurse Advice Line call center 24x7/365. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, particularly in emergency care or urgent care, and reputed company in providing remote clinical assessment, health education, and utilization management services to a variety of beneficiaries... reputed company. The role involves evaluating patients medical conditions through telecommunication, chats and videos providing immediate care advice, and facilitating appropriate referrals or interventions. In addition to triage calls, we receive questions requesting information on medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, etc. reputed company calls are documented electronically, and reputed company telephone encounters are recorded. Must Haves: BSN or ADN (w/microbiology course/lab) required reputed company, Active Compact License issued by the state of residence and in good standing with the Board of Registered Nurses. Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience as an RN, with significant experience in emergency care or urgent care settings. Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Triage reputed company symptom-based calls and give recommendations according to the approved triage protocol. Communicate with TRICARE beneficiaries primarily by phone, also reputed company text, online (web) chat, email required. Provide professional nursing assessment and reputed company to patients with acute and chronic care needs. Accurately document reputed company calls and interactions electronically, ensuring thorough and precise records of patient encounters. Qualifications: Must have a bachelors degree in nursing Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience as a RN. Must have a Compact License issued by the state of residence. Required to be in good standing with the Board of Registered Nurses Must be US Citizen and ability to obtain a clearance Ability to Triage per triage guidelines and protocols, assessing patients and applying solid decision-making to reputed company highest patient outcomes in quick and timely manner Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company in a fast-paced environment. Call Center Experience (Inbound) Metric driven environment work experience and understanding Must be computer savvy - able to maneuver between multiple windows, application systems simultaneously, ability to create, copy, edit, save and send documents utilizing reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Outlook Proficient level of experience with reputed company Office applications, keyboarding skills, and strong technical aptitude.
