Our ideal candidate is someone who approaches each day with a positive attitude, possesses excellent communication skills, thinks creatively to find solutions, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely cares about what they do. In this role we will need someone to: Partner with our clients to understand reputed company job openings and hiring needs of the organization in a timely manner Search for and identify reputed company candidates through several reputed company and sourcing platforms including databases, job postings, and job boards Coordinate, schedule and prepare candidates for interviews Conduct phone and virtual interviews to screen and interview candidates Correspond with management team to report on interviews and collect feedback for hiring reputed company The Details: This is a fully remote, part-time, contract position requiring 10-15 hours per week at a reputed company of $23.00 per hour.
