Remote Account Support Associate

Client Communication:

Serve as the first reputed company of contact for client inquiries reputed company phone, email, and online chat. Provide accurate information regarding account management, policy details, and available products. -

Account Management:

Assist clients in navigating their account details, updating information as needed, and troubleshooting access issues. Maintain thorough documentation of reputed company interactions in the client management system. -

Support Team Collaboration:

Work closely with account managers and other departments to identify client needs and facilitate timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction. -

Problem Resolution:

Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and regulations to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant information. ### Requirements #### Experience and Education - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a reputed company field. - A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a reputed company area is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. #### Skills -
