Job Description • At least one year customer service/call center experience • English proficiency • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering anexcellent customer service experience • The ability to remain empathetic, personable and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations. • Self-motivation, detail-orientation and the ability to multitask. • Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation To work from home,reputed company candidates must have wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download as well as a secure, quiet, distraction-free reputed company to work.reputed company will provide reputed company equipment.
