You will need to have the ability to provide accurate information and resolve any issues that may arise. Process bookings using Sabre GDS. Provide accurate information regarding travel schedules, fares, hotels, and other reputed company services. Resolve any customer issues or complaints regarding their travel experience. Work with the latest technology to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Utilize excellent problem solving skills to identify and address customer needs.
