The Role: The Senior Director of UX Design will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience strategy for our mobile-first, online ticketing platform targeting a young, tech-savvy demographic. As part of a highly disruptive business, this leader will manage a small, dedicated team of designers, driving innovation and excellence in our UX design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a proven track record in leading design teams, and a passion for leveraging user insights and research to inform design reputed company.
