The Customer Service Representative Team reputed company is responsible for answering incoming calls with questions regarding reputed company Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County as well as Medicaid benefit plans. This role will be taking inbound calls over the phone, research and provide referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to Medicaid eligible consumers. You will utilize a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility, offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization, and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned that support Care Coordination team. This is a inbound calling role. This position is full-time, Sunday - Saturday (October - March) & Monday - Friday (reputed company - September). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Sunday - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma / GED • Must be 18 years of age OR older • 2+ years of Customer Service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting or financial technology • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Sunday - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September).
