Working across the enterprise, the Solution Architect will work to interpret business requirements into detailed specification documents and research and recommend technical solutions that can be applied to business problems; this will require collaboration with other sections of OIT and often involves presenting to business executives. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and state seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. Minimum Qualifications: Experience applying technology solutions that prioritize disability inclusion Experience applying regulations reputed company to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, reputed company) Work Experience: 8 years of experience in applications development and or systems design or systems architecture, with at least 4 of those as a senior developer or team reputed company for an applications development group or other IT experience directly relevant to the role. There is no substitution for any required management experience.
