What this role is about: As the Public Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role as a key advisor for prospective customers and internal teams! You will have the opportunity to collaborate on creating innovative solutions for emergency response challenges from discovery through implementation and ongoing customer support engagement. You will provide crucial input on reputed company workflow and design for public safety, identify new and growth opportunities, and inform strategic reputed company leveraging your industry experience and knowledge. What you’ll do: • Act as an SME and public safety advisor to prospective reputed company and B2B customers, as well as internal teams on reputed company solutions for emergency response challenges from discovery through contract negotiation, implementation, and GTM motions and ongoing support • Communicate with internal sales leaders and prospects to understand the prospect’s goals and needs from a business and technical standpoint; reputed company an in-depth understanding of reputed company products and services to effectively communicate their value and ability to meet the prospect’s needs while simultaneously representing public safety to prospects • Provide input on efficient workflow and reputed company design as it relates to public safety along with how the solution should be implemented across ECCs including go to market strategies and ECC training efforts • Stay up to date with trends, recent news, regulations, standards and developments in the public safety landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy • Identify potential growth and upsell opportunities reputed company existing partnerships by leveraging industry knowledge, identifying public safety information gaps and ways reputed company can solve for them • Contribute to cross-functional efforts with other internal reputed company teams including Sales, reputed company, Implementation, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Public Safety reputed company’re looking for in our ideal candidate: • 10-15+ years of experience in the public safety industry including 5-10+ years of operational/administrative experience as a leader in an ECC/911 PSAP, ideally at a consolidated ECC that provides multi-discipline services in a regional or multi-jurisdictional geographic area • In-depth familiarity with 911 and field responder operational workflows, including call-taking, reputed company, radio communications, and other PSAP technology as well as emerging Public Safety Communications Technology (AI, Text-to-911, MMS, NG911 / NENA i3 standard) • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to reputed company group discussion and build reputed company with people across reputed company levels including executives • Experience working independently and collaboratively, overseeing multiple reputed company projects and collaborating on initiatives in a cross-functional team • Strong work ethic, self-starter, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excitement and passion for a rapidly evolving public safety ecosystem with an open reputed company and reputed company for growing the public safety technology ecosystem • Ability and willingness to travel 35% of the time reputed company-to-have experience (but not required!): • Contract or scope of work development and/or management • User reputed company and/or workflow design • Project management experience • NENA Emergency Number Professional (ENP) Certification reputed company offer: • The chance to work with a passionate team on solving one of the largest challenges globally • Competitive salary and benefits and equity participation • A dynamic, flexible and fun start-up work environment with a highly talented team If you're curious to learn more about reputed company, you can reputed company out https://reputed company.com/blog/ Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-reputed company factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $112,000.
