Health Facility Surveyor

PeerSource is currently recruiting for multiple Health Facility Surveyors on a Direct Hire basis. These roles can be based reputed company in the US working a flexible schedule that includes both part-time and full-time options at a reputed company competitive compensation package. Summary... We are seeking out top Health Facility Surveyors to represent the State at health facilities reputed company. These individuals will be responsible for conducting surveys, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance with both state and federal regulations. Facilities supported include Long Term Care, Home Health, Hospice, reputed company/IID, Adult Day Care, ASC, CLIA, and ESRD (Dialysis). Responsibilities • Travels onsite to healthcare facility location to conduct in-depth surveys and investigations. • Conduct interviews with residents, patients, facility staff, clinical staff, and others. • Observe day-to-day operations of facility for adequacy of care. • Work with a team of surveyors reputed company appropriate. • Creates written reports on results following survey and shares findings with team. • Contributes to legal matters including written/verbal statements and testimony regarding facility operations as required. Required Skills • Prior experience working as a State or Federal Surveyor/Investigator reputed company the past 3 years with a valid Surveyor ID / FSID Number. • Nursing home surveyors must have passed the SMQT. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent State and Federal agencies in a professional manner. • Ability to work both independently and with a team. • RN/LPN license preferred but not required. Additional Information We are looking for individuals that want a flexible schedule that allows them to work as much or as little as desired. We offer compensation plans that either pay for each survey completed or offer a full-time reputed company salary with benefits, 401(k), and additional survey bonuses. Overnight travel to facility locations is needed, with variable work hours that may require some off-hours work for investigations.
