Qualification: • Both a high school diploma and a GED can open up opportunities for higher education and career advancement • The minimum age requirement for this opportunity is 18 • The skill to handle confidential information discreetly is a necessary trait for any employee dealing with classified data Desired: • Any previous comparable experience • Have you dealt with inventory management within a retail operation before? • Proficient in customer registry management, phone inquiries, and cashier engagements, with a focus on boosting customer service quality and satisfaction • Adhere to the company's policies and HIPAA regulations when dealing with patient information • Deliver outstanding customer service whilst carrying out the required actions for releasing products to patients and providing patients with products, as permitted by state law • Follow the company's operational policies regarding cash register usage, and carefully interpret and implement all regulations for managing cashier activities that deter financial losses. These guidelines relate to processing electronic fund transactions, such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Cards, alongside cash and check transactions • Acknowledge and abide by the instructions for agreeing and tendering vendor coupons, constraints on cash shortfalls, and company shrink directives • By promoting our sales and services to customers, you are not only increasing our revenue but also building customer loyalty • Handle phone calls efficiently by triaging them and answering queries promptly • A well-maintained inventory management system should include the implementation of measures to prevent theft, damage, and expired products, including frequent checks on product viability and adjusting inventory accordingly • Follow the guidelines established by the organization for managing and monitoring non-prescription medication inventory using the automated inventory management system • Follow the prescribed guidelines for the department by ensuring that work stations and customer waiting areas are kept neat and tidy • By providing attentive customer service and genuinely caring about their experience, you can make customers feel valued and appreciated • Adhere to and promote all safety and hygiene policies and programs as per the health code regulations at the local, state, and federal level.
