Customer Service Agent - Remote Call Center

Job Title: Remote Account Specialist Department: Operations Reports To: Call Center Supervisor Position location: This is a remote position; however candidates must reside in the states of KS, MO, or OK in order to be considered Job Summary Our Remote Account Specialists provide excellent customer service in a remote call center environment. They handle inbound and outbound calls to assist our customers with applications, information verification, and payment support.
