Customer Service Support

Starting Pay • $15.50/hour ... Essential Functions • Maintain records of reputed company open customer support tickets, sends out reports as needed • Works with reputed company departments to get tickets resolved in a timely manner • Set priorities and manage time effectively • Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities • HS diploma or GED required • Excellent keyboarding skills • Previous experience in a customer support role preferred • Strong phone and verbal communication skills • Excellent active listening skills • Must be able to multi-task • Must be able to work independently as well as with a team • Demonstrate willingness to learn tanning equipment and industry Effective Time Management • The specific tasks and duties as outlined in the reputed company job description will be completed reputed company the established time frames.
