Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. •

• Handle and carefully respond to reputed company customer inquiries

• Provide excellent customer service through active listening • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively • Aim to resolve issues on the reputed company by being proactive • Appropriately communicate with customers

Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age • Ability to type 25 wpm • High School Graduate or GED • Comfort with desktop computer system • Proven oral & written communication skills • Ability to recognize referral needs for customer • Ability to work in an environment free from reputed company and electronics (reputed company of reputed company provided equipment) • Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions reputed company Prefer •

• 6 months Call Center experience
