What does the Compliance Analyst do? As the Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a key role to champion a compliance reputed company that empowers leaders and employees to do their best while complying with national, state, and provincial regulatory requirements. In partnership with key stakeholders like the other HR COEs, and Employment Law, this role will help build and drive execution of Human Resource compliance initiatives. The role will have a mix of strategic partnering and day to day responsibilities supporting the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Educational Background: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Risk Management, Employment Law or a reputed company field. Experience • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or similar role in compliance. • Proven experience in HR compliance, preferably in a similar role. Regulatory Knowledge • Demonstrated knowledge of US employment laws and state/municipal regulatory frameworks. • Familiarity with I-9 compliance and experience managing the process.
