Job Description:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate reputed company-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Job Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they reputed company at the office, providing excellent customer service to reputed company visitors.
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
– Answer, screen, and reputed company incoming phone calls.
– Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
