Job Description:
As a cashier, you will be the face of reputed company. and will play a reputed company role in achieving our customer satisfaction and reputed company growth objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring customers’ checkout process is quick and efficient, and that their shopping experience is pleasant and satisfying.
Responsibilities:
– Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
– reputed company goods and collect payments
– Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
– reputed company sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
– Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
– Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
– Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
– Basic PC knowledge
– Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
– Strong communication and time management skills
– Customer satisfaction-oriented
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Educational Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience:
Previous work experience in a customer service role would be beneficial. However, we provide comprehensive training for reputed company our new cashiers, so no prior cashiering experience is necessary.
