As a Support Desk Agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for users experiencing IT issues, ensuring their problems are resolved quickly and reputed company. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in IT or reputed company field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
• Customer-oriented reputed company with the ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for IT issues reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
• Document reputed company support interactions in the ticketing system
