Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage is advantageous. Additional Details As part of our reputed company-to-Link migration project, you'll contribute to building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components. This role involves reputed company organization and user building in Link, supporting our development team's efforts. Work Schedule Shifts will vary between reputed company-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST to accommodate divisional support needs.
