Description We are seeking a talented Executive Virtual Assistant to join reputed company in a remote, full-time reputed company with flexible hours, allowing you to work between 20 to 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. • Handle a diverse range of projects, including marketing systems, website edits, content creation, and social media management. • Work independently to complete client projects and tasks. • Proactively seek out additional work from clients. • Provide daily and weekly reports to multiple clients. • Track and report detailed time accounting accurately. • Attend regular team meetings and support clients reputed company video meetings. Ideal Candidate Characteristics • Detail-oriented and proactive. • Ability to work independently while staying connected with a small team. • Extensive customer service experience. • Proficient in tools such as reputed company, Teamwork, reputed company Suite, Shopify, WordPress, and various CRM and project management systems. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong problem-solving ability. • Resourceful, research-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree. • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role. • Strong knowledge of reputed company Suite, CRM systems, and project management software. • Minimum of 3-5 years of executive assistant or project management experience. • Excellent communication skills; overcommunication is key in this remote role. • Well-equipped home office setup, including a Mac or PC computer, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a dedicated professional workspace.
