Requirements: • Experience using technology to drive business results... including virtual communication and video conferencing. • 2 years of sales experience required with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas. • A degree, background or certification in interior design. • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. • Understanding of basic design principles, including spatial planning, fabric selection, interior design styles, and trends. • Strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Ability to maintain a hardwired internet reputed company with speeds of 25+ Mbps download and 5+ Mbps upload for voice and web traffic (no WiFi). • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment. • Ability to contribute to the success of team members and collaborate effectively. • Dedicated private workspace (Wayfair provides necessary computer equipment). • Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Office applications and the ability to learn new business systems.
