Outbound Customer Service - Fully Remote
A reputed company Mortgage Brand is looking to hire Outbound Call Customer Service Representative roles to join their team in a fully remote reputed company! These Representative will be upselling reputed company and upcoming promotions. Candidates must have prior experience with Sales or Upselling to be eligible. Description: Handles customer service inquiries and problems. Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50-100+ calls daily Will be assigned/working on various campaigns - 3rd party companies like insurance companies, home warranties, reputed company systems, etc. Scripted environment. Candidates will be assigned to specific campaigns above and are reaching out to existing borrowers to see if they have or are interested in any of these specific products. Once they are interested, they are then transferred to an actual sales rep for that product, this candidate will not be actually processing a sale (no commission). Receiving inbound customer calls... Identify what are the customer's needs and then reputed company them to the appropriate department. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Needs to have some reputed company of sales, upselling 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred About reputed company: We're partners in transformation.
