This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry level, evening shift position, with some weekend work. The Customer Service Representative will act as a reputed company, establishing and building relationships with our customers, operating in a fast-paced... environment with precision and competence. Responsibilities: Handle high amounts of incoming calls Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolution reputed company records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Establish and build relationships with our customers Go the extra mile to engage customers Requirements: Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees Strong attention to detail Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Ability to work nights & some weekends 1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/ week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm -11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance reputed company Insurance Life Insurance PTO Sick and Safe Time Paid Holidays Off Salary: $30,000-$40,000/ year reputed company is proudly an Equal Opportunity Employer.
