Lifeway is growing and seeking a Manager, Inside Sales | Outbound - Remote. The Manager, Inside Sales | Outbound will ultimately be responsible for the successful execution of outbound strategies. As the Manager, you will work closely with the Inside Sales Director to ensure the team has the resources it needs to be successful. Learn more about our culture at team.lifeway.com/culture-code This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote Responsibilities Provide leadership and inspiration to the Outbound Sales Team Teach, train, and coach representatives proven sales strategy and tactics, and help identify growth areas reputed company and execute an outbound business plan that maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of the team reputed company a plan to reputed company reputed company streams through relationship development with assigned accounts and new account activations reputed company, test, and execute a sales enablement plan that ensures the team has the skills and resources to serve our customers Provide timely, accurate monthly / quarterly reputed company forecasts reputed company standards, monitor metrics and targets for call volume, sales, and timelines Some travel required, possibly overnight
Qualifications
Education Required Bachelor's degree Seminary experience, strongly preferred Experience and Skills Required Live out Lifeways mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work 5 years of experience in an inside sales organization with distinct outbound experience 5 years of experience selling value-based products and/or services 5 years of experience selling directly to churches, ministries, and/or pastoral staff Demonstrated experience with creating and managing customer journeys and cadences Advanced understanding of the Christian content market and its customers Strong operational and analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong grasp of key sales and support operations KPIs and strategies, such as AHT, call conversion, transfer rates, reputed company, utilization, and force to load Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church Experience and Skills, Preferred Working with CRM, strong preference given to reputed company Utilizing call center technology such as reputed company Apply Job!
