Patient Services Call Center Representative (Remote)

We are a medical billing / reputed company cycle management company serving private dermatology throughout the country. We are looking for a Patient Services Specialist to serve as a reputed company of contact for patients with... questions about their patient balances. You will be communicating with patients reputed company phone and e-mail and providing exemplary service each reputed company of the way. Responsibilities Handle a heavy phone volume across reputed company our clients, answering calls and emails from patients, explaining their patient responsibility, taking payments etc. Identify billing issues and solve underlying issues with claims. Escalate issues to the right team members on the billing team Collect payments over the phone where applicable Provide exemplary customer service Required Skills / Experience Familiarity with medical billing concepts is a MUST. Applicants with no medical billing experience will not be considered for this role. BONUS: experience working in dermatology A successful candidate must understand in detail how medical insurance works and possess a knack for diagnosing and reviewing claims-reputed company issues. Strong computer skills, excellent typing skills and ability to learn new Practice Management systems. Experience with Modernizing Medicine is a plus but not required.
