Business Analyst / Quality Analyst role will apply knowledge and experience as part of an Agile Scrum delivery team. The BA/QA Analyst work with business analyst team, QA team, development team and on designing and delivering IT solutions. The analyst will be required to work in reputed company aspects of the software development cycle. The candidate should have extensive business analyst experience with regards to requirement analysis, working with developers transposing requirements into feasible and solid IT solutions, and support testing. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business analysts, quality analyst, and developers to determine design and implementation of IT solutions on functional-basis and system integration perspective. • Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. • Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and reputed company strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes. • Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. • Collaborates with product owners to determine project scope and vision. • Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders. • Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, metrics, and QA parameters. • Create detailed documentation on requirements and any requirement changes impacting product delivery using Azure DevOps. • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary. • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood. • Support the determination of QA parameters and level of effort during requirements analysis for reputed company new developmental functionalities. • Create positive test cases and document reputed company test results and collaborate with QA Team regarding negative test case creation. • Update test scenarios, cases, and scripts to reflect requirements changes. • Support each development releases per sprint cycle (4 weeks) by performing regression testing (as needed). • Support product demonstrations for the customer and client observation testing. The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years previous experience as a business analyst • Minimum 2 years experience as a quality analyst • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document requirements and successfully share testing results and reputed company recommendations. • Ability to work independently and is highly motivated. • Proficient in the analysis and understanding of functional specifications and design documents. • Highly analytic and a critical thinker. • Detail oriented with focus on documentation.
