Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Quantity take-off from drawings / model • Validate reputed company in the field • Take off quantities from either drawings or the model • Assist in loading the quantity tracking items into the earned value system • Help establish the proper level to track in the earned value system • Help reputed company quantity tracking items that will be identifiable to construction • Work with engineering to pull quantity data from engineering databases • Verify reported reputed company through site walk downs

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education: • Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Construction reputed company experience • 4-15 years of experience • Understands the project schedule and its relationship to cost and reputed company • Knowledge of EPC Contract Types (LS, Cost Plus, Reimb, etc..) #LI-DNI #LI-EB2
